I absolutely enjoy the company of high spirited, fun and friendly people. Here in WePhone I don’t feel that I work eight hours a day considering the people I work with. To be exposed working in a company with young working individuals is like being on a gimik everyday. It is fun and laughter all the time. Most of us enjoy the sensation of being free and independent. You can be anyone you want, go to different places and meet many people using only your imagination while talking with your student sitting on your chair. Also, what’s really splendid about this job is that it does not desist you from learning. You explore, you imbibe different cultures and traditions and you get to experience working with different people with diverse perceptions in life.

Here, they promote a fun and lively environment where you can freely express your feelings as individuals and share them with your colleagues, your friends and even to your students. No one is left behind; everyone is enlightened to excel not only on the job but also in life. You will learn a lot of different things in the process. You do not only teach and stop at teaching. WePhone will hone you to become a better teacher and being.

My experience in WePhone is similar to a glass of Soju. One shot is never enough.

I use to be a company hopper. I have been to 3 call centers in a span of 6 months. I know this is something that a person shouldn’t be proud of and I’m not. It’s not because I want to, but there is always something missing with all the jobs that I’ve had and all of them never gave me the sense of fulfillment and growth. It’s nothing but a job that stagnates. I wanted to find a job which I will love and give me a sense of fulfillment and I found that in Wephone. I’m proud to say that this is the company that I stayed the longest and will continue to count for more.

The highest reward for a person’s toil is not what they get for it, but what they become by it. Wephone changed me In many ways possible. It gave me the sense of professionalism, a sense of responsibility and a sense pride. Pride for my work and pride in my self. It made me a better employee, a better person in fact.

This is a job that you will surely grow to love and my father always tells me “Find a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.

I never thought my life will take a sudden turn. From the start, I know it won’t be easy especially I will be in a different environment. I’m very happy to meet people of different ages and personalities. I have learned to adjust, cope and get along well with them. My leadership and interpersonal skills were honed. I gained friends. I learned how to love my job that I am willing to sacrifice and devote much of my time. I am respected. All those things make me happy and in return to all the blessings, I make it a point to make everybody happy too.

My English teaching experiences have been predominately with the native speakers. I had never officially taught English to a non-native student until I work in Wephone Online Inc.

Wephone online Inc. honed my skills as an ESL Teacher.

It taught me to used variety of teaching techniques to solidify my students understanding.

It encouraged me to imbue my lectures with content that can be explored in real life.
It also inspires me to develop my students social and emotional intelligence and to use this intelligence to enrich their lives and to touch the hearts of the people around them.

As an educator, I take it as my responsibility to instill in students an excitement and fun learning environment which is by chance the main priority of Wephone Online Inc.

Wephone and I strongly believe that students must always be both encouraged and provided with experiences that can directly enhance their communication skills as this is a fundamental part of learning.
Nonetheless, because of Wephone Online Inc, I find ESL teaching challenging, invigorating and very rewarding.
